Terms of Use

1. The service

Voice Expense Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool for income and expenses in MYR. It supports Google sign-in, a connected Google Sheets workbook, manual transactions, voice-assisted entry, records and monthly summaries.

The private owner application is located at voice-expense-tracker.novaro.my. This separate information website describes the app and its policies; it does not perform transactions or connect to your account.

Voice Expense Tracker is a product operated under Novaro Solutions. It is currently for private, single-owner use, not open public registration. These terms take effect on 15 October 2026. No public availability, pricing, subscriptions or future features are offered by this information site.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use a Google account and workbook you are entitled to access. Shared-file access does not authorize misuse of another person's information.
• Review dates, amounts, notes and payment details, especially AI-generated suggestions.
• Enable Auto Save only if you understand that eligible voice transactions may be saved without a separate final Save action.
• Keep access to your Google account and device secure. Do not share passwords, tokens or other credentials in notes, recordings or support messages.
• Use the app lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with another user or exploit the service.

3. Accuracy, availability and safeguards

Speech recognition, AI proposals and monthly summaries can contain errors. The app is not financial, investment, tax or accounting advice and does not replace your own records or professional advice where needed.

Saving, editing or deleting through the app can change your connected Sheet. Keep appropriate backups. Avoid simultaneous manual changes in Google Sheets while the app is writing; external edits can race with application operations.

Network failures, authorization changes, provider issues and maintenance may interrupt features. A pending or uncertain result is not confirmation of a successful save. Retain the draft and follow retry or review guidance rather than submitting a second logical transaction.

The app may block a write when it cannot establish a safe outcome. No guarantee of uninterrupted service, error-free AI output or protection from every external edit is made.

4. Your records, permissions and privacy

Your Google Sheet is the transaction source of truth. Connecting it authorizes access for the described features; it does not transfer workbook ownership to the operator.

Google, Supabase, Vercel and OpenAI provide supporting services. Their applicable terms may also govern their services. Read the Privacy Policy for data flows, operational access, retention limitations and manual request handling.

You can manage app access through Google Account connections. Revoking access or stopping use does not automatically erase your workbook, application metadata or provider records.

Contact zknova.ai@gmail.com for support, privacy or deletion requests. Novaro Solutions monitors this address and handles requests manually after appropriate identity verification. There is no automatic account-deletion service or promised deletion deadline; Google-held data, safety/legal retention exceptions, provider logs and backups may require separate handling as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms, the service or its data use should be communicated as required. The effective date is the actual publication date.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
